Client Cancellation Policy

We are not responsible for cancellation/rescheduling requests attempted; but not made. If, we do not receive a call/voice mail message within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for Cancellation, Reschedule, Tardiness, No-Show, Change Service(s) you are agreeing to being charged 100% of service(s) booked.

First Time Client Appointment Policy

All First time Clients are required to fill out and submit a “Your Hair Story” Form in its entirety, prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to the high demand of our Team, we require to hold an active Major Credit/Debit Card Number to secure all of your appointment(s). The card will not be charged unless we are not given 48hrs. notice by email or phone call of Cancellation/Reschedule/Tardiness/No Show/Change of Service(s).

By giving us your Credit/Debit Card information at the time of booking, you are agreeing to our terms of your Major Credit/Debit Card being on file.

Guest Etiquette

At this time we also request that you do not bring any additional guest(s), people who aren’t receiving services to your scheduled appointments. We have limited seating space which is designated for Clients receiving hair care services.

Arrival Time

If you are running late to your appointment, please call up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to inform us. You can do this by calling us at 617-547-8098 and/or leave a voicemail message. We will do our best to do the same for you. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that we only have the fully scheduled time of your booked appointment in which to service you and fulfill your hair care needs.

The service(s) charge for the appointment remains the same for Clients who are on time and for Clients who are late.

Children

We request that you do not bring any Children or additional Guest(s) who aren’t scheduled to receive services to your scheduled appointment(s).

We welcome Children, only if the Child has an appointment and is Salon ready. This means they can sit still and receive a professional Salon service.

We can “try it out” and if the child becomes disruptive during their appointment, the service will have to immediately stop.

The Parent will still be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. If you are in need of tips on getting your Child Salon service ready, so that you and the Child are confident of them receiving a hair care service, feel free to call us at 617-547-8098 or email us at questions@simplyerinns.com.

We also ask that unless it is your Child’s first appointment or if your Child needs your assistance for comfort that you remain seated. It makes it difficult for the Stylist to maneuver and get our work done. Clients receiving services are here to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Any damage to the Salon or any of the Salon property is the full responsibility of the Parent and/or Guardian.

Salon Preparation

It is also so much better for all of us when you arrive prepared for your appointment. “Not prepared” examples: Hair not taken down and detangled from Weaves, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braids, Etc. If you arrive with your hair not taken down and detangled from Weave, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braids, Etc, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you 100% of service(s) booked. The excess time it takes to take down, detangle, matted hair and/or extremely tangled hair is not included in our service times. We do not offer the removal service of Weaves, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braid, Etc. This must be done prior to your appointment with us. Please be aware you will not be permitted to remove your own Weaves, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braids, Etc. on the premises of Simply Erinn’s Unisex Hair Salon. Typically, after 2-3 months of wearing of Weaves, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braids, Etc., hair may be matted or there can be a massive amount of shedding and build-up that needs to be removed. If you are just taking out your hair at home after an extended period of time, please remove your braid(s), one at a time. Then, immediately detangle that section from ends to roots to remove all debris/build-up and shedding before moving on to the next braid. This way we are to ensure success upon the Weaves, Twists, Single Braids, Cornrows, Crochet Braids, Etc. take-down and preparation for your Salon visit.

First Time Hair Color Clients

If you are/want receiving a Color service (High-Lights/Ombre/Balayage not included) at our Salon for the first time, then a color skin patch allergy test is required. We are conscious of allergies. You must visit the Salon 48-hours prior to your booked Color service appointment for the color skin patch allergy test.
